I'll go with the Disney channel!
Nick is good, but I think it targets children more. Disney has more shows that pre teens, teens, and even adults(several adults have admitted to liking High School Musical) can enjoy.

Back in my day, Disney Channel was new, and Nick still had Ah! Monsters, game shows, and the very early Rugrats. So I would have to say Nick.

nickelodeon, it has it's own awards show, it has more fun events, it doesn't have any annoying music videos that no one wants to watch, (well, except for the naked brothers band music videos but at least they don't last as long as the ones on disney) and I don't want to be mean or anything but disney is pretty fruity.
