Have you ever almost-died?

Question

I have almost died many times:

-Choked on a piece of candy, an apple, and sour punch straws before. I couldn't breathe and thought I was going to die.
-Almost drowned before, I was little and the waves were way too big
-Almost got run over by a car (so far, this is the most dangerous thing that has ever happened to me) the car was really close to me but it stopped instantly

No, but my little brother almost died three times before he was even six.

1. Had a seizure, when he was two, caused by food being swallowed whole blocking his airway.
2. Was diagnosed with Diabetes at four, and if we had waited to get him to the doctors like we planned to... then he would have died.
3. He almost drowned when he was five, because he couldn't swim and no one was watching how far he was getting into the pool.

Other than that, he has almost gotten hit by a car about three times and has choked 'many' times.

I almost drowned at the age of two,almost got shot in the head but I pushed the person away,the bullet went through my ankle.Six years ago on this month I suffered a brain aneurysm,I was falling into a coma but my doctor saved my life.We fell in love and we're still seeing each other,oh sorry! About the doctor,I just made that up.Things were getting too serious there for a moment or two.

when i was 4 i chocked on a jocote seed they are pretty big and hard i dont know how it slipped down my throat and i felt my back and my throat hurting and i couldnt talk so i just looked at my gma and she grabbed me from behind and squished me and it flew out of my mouth like a bullet would...

i almost drowned when i was 10 and i almost drowned and i almost drowned my 2 year old sister with me we were at a pool and it said 5 feet so i was like ok im safe just walking here carrying her and next thing you know i slipped and i was like damn im goin to die but some how i went down and when i did i managed to push her up to my step mom so she didnt drown and i just pulled myself up because it was really deep.

Last week, I was all alone in the apartment and I thought I heard a window break, so I got my pocket knife out and was prepared if someone entered my room. Well, it was nothing and I got on the computer and then I went back to bed. I went to lay down and I forgot that I left the knife open on my bed and it almost stabbed me in the back! Luckily, I somehow caught myself before it happened!

I was attacked by a dog when I was 3. Literally, attacked. I was 'Medically Dead' for 9 days, and the said I had a VERY SLIM chance of surviving. The whole side of my right cheek was taken off, while my arm was bitten into, my thigh has a big gash in it, etc,etc. They re-attached my face and found that there was only one nerve left. I that nerve was found dead, I would be dead. I thank God, and to everyone who was supportive. My heart goes out to you!

ive always wondered if maybe i almost died but didnt know it. i'd say probably. i did choke on a spring from a ball point pen once. then i swallowed it, and never saw it again. true story.
