the govt gets extra money for law enforcement and normal gets to stay in business . the drug trafficers get to charge much more for a highly guarded substance of realitively little value on a true legal or controlled market and the the users get taxed to the max by paying for an illegal substance . Everyone but the consumer!

The various criminal gangs who smuggle and sell it. (The Hells Angels are a good example)

The textile, oil, steel, paper, lumber, pharmaceutical, and plastic companies that dont have to deal with competitors making hemp-based products.

The government, from the money it collects through fines.

And I'm sure theres others but I cant think of any at the moment.

On a scale...
1) The international drug lords
2) The growers here in the US
3) the dealers
4) the po po, I'm sure they love the satisfaction of arresting anybody.

Millions of teenage minds.....Remember, you start at the bottom and work your way up. Marijuana is the first step for million of kids. When that high gets old, they graduate to stronger and more potent drugs. I don't care what anyone else says. The truth is the truth.

The government that regulates and taxes it. The users will benefit in about the same way tobacco smokers do.

The government. More taxes more governmet jobs. Imagine how many people would loose their jobs if it were legal. Besides the tax revinue the government would loose.

dealers. if mj was legalized, the government would. plus, if it were legalized, you buy joints by the box or carton (taxed of course) and we could get good weed on a regular basis

Not drug dealers, so we can arrest the potheads and keep them safe in jail instead of doing crimes.
