I think white wine would be better,but I only drink white zin. red isnt really a fav.

of course, nowadays fish can be served with red or white wines, but i still prefer a fairly dry white wine with any kind of snapper, red or white...

It is now appropriate to serve red or white with either mean, poultry or fish. I would choose a light red wine for fish though, I think it would go nicely... maybe a rose'

Serve what you like, or better yet, a bottle of each red/white.
