my friends and i went up into some legendary haunted woods behind a sanitarium, and there was a lot of tall gray shadow figures that moved at lightning speed throughout the trees. scared the crap out of me, lol. also in graveyards, i've seen black hunched over shadows almost like they were playing hide n seek, ducking behind tombstones and such.

I have seen shadows that are dark that move I feel this is not good. It would be negative I would tell you to tell them that they are not welcome here and they must leave! They will pull at you and bring you down. Seeing spirits that are positive you will not feel the same. Its more light that dark.

We have one that has followed my oldest child around since birth. We've all seen "it".
My mother has a shadow figure that has followed her around since childhood as well.
Sounds crazy, but it's true.

Only in the daylight, at night they seem to be on a break. That is until someone puts the lights on. I hate them with their featureless faces and same colors.

I have, but I have nothing against them. The one that I saw seemed really peaceful, and since I don't try to harm him/her and he/she doesn't harm me, I'm fine with them.
