Nightlife.

nightlife lets you have cars. but if your gonna buy the expansion pack just for cars its not really worth it. but in nightlife you do get a bunch of new stuff and a whole downtown district which is really fun.

Night life has cars. The only really neat thing about them is you can drive them to work instead of having a carpool, and you can woohoo in them.
