I know that people are known to go all out and wear something really fancy, some wear black or brown slacks and a nice shirt and people are also known to wear denim jeans. So what is the best to wear? Could you wear dark jeans, nice dressy shoes and a nice shirt?

I think it also depends on if you are going to an afternoon showing or an evening showing. For an afternoon showing I think great super dark wash or black denim jeans would look great. A wide leg, or trouser fit jeans would be best. They would still look dressy or if you like the skinny jeans, a black or dark wash pair of those would work too.

For a top a great playful one with a punch of color would look nice, as long as its not to casual, think along the lines of something you would go out with your gal pals with!

(the lilac would be a fresh bit of color, unless it doesn't wear well on you)

(velvet adds an elegance to any outfit.)
Next great stacked heels in black or silver for a sassy look. Accessorize to match and voila for afternoons.

Now if it's a typical night showing of a show, then you might want to step it up to either dress slacks , especially if you are uncomfortable in dresses or skirts (wide legs make a great silhouette). Any of the tops listed above work well with dress slacks and a more evening heel to go with it.

Now if it is a dress you decide on the little black dress would work perfectly and can be an simple choice dressed up with accessories.

Just a few options for you to look through and see if anything catches your eye or at least gives you ideas! Good luck and have fun at the show!

it really depends on what show you're going to and what time it'll be. "mainstream" shows during the daytime are flooded with tourists (who are dressed like tourists) with huge backpacks so you don't want to be overdressed. if it's a pricey show at nighttime, then you can wear something dressier.
