I am not American..I am Canadian..but the first thing i think you can do to prevent another 911 is either let the other countries live like they want..or assassinate the president...isn`t it ironic that the word assassinate begins with..***..***???????

911 is an emergency phone number. Why would you prevent that?
If you are referring to the events of 9/11/01, it already happened. It can't be prevented.
If you are referring to future terrorist attacks, turn on the TV or radio, read a newspaper, listen to people talking and you'll find out that we are fighting a war and seeking out Al Queda (sp?) to find and deal with those responsible and send a message to anyone else with ideas of trying something like that.

Guess you're not up on what's going on in this
country. It's a program called "homeland security"
and it works in a lot of different ways to seek out
terrorists, stop them, send them home, keep them
off airplanes, listen to their conversations with other
terrorists back in Iraq/Iran and learn what they are up
to from what they hear, intercept their bank transactions
from America to Iraq, and many other internal secrets
going on.........all to protect innocent Americans for more
attacks. They can't tell the media everything they're doing
as the media has a tendency to blab it so the enemy knows
also. Boo on the media.

Well let's see: Bush signed for cuts for our Military, that is health benefits. I guess if you get an arm blown off tough-luck.
Now to Homeland Security, those have been cut as well, and cuts for New York especially?
Well maybe this will help, Bush sent our Military to the Mexican Border, but they can not touch any illegal that comes across, also no arrest. This is one of his deploys to make people think
that he he he is protecting the borders! How does this man sleep at night???

Skip it every year from now on.Go right to 9/12. Seriously, that would have more affect than anything else they are doing.
