What is it called when you take two last names and compare them together? Is this Chronology?

I want to look up my maiden name and my husbands name and do a comparison. I dont know where to go to do something like this.

I think you may be referrring to Geneology, i.e. looking up the history of your family names. There are plenty of websites to help you do this. Just google, "geneology" and several sites should pop up.

chronology is putting something in sequential order.

I'm not sure what exactly you are refering to... possibly geneology?
