Most hardware stores offer the silicone. I'm not sure what certain hardware stores are there so try Handy Man/DIY/ ACE.;)

Are you looking for "2-part silicone molding material" or a one part silicone like some caulkings, etc.?

You can find the latter one at hobby or hardware stores, but the 2-part ones may be harder to find (and more expensive). I noticed that there is one brand that's being sold now at a local hobby store here (Joanns--in the craft dept), but don't know if your craft or hobby stores would have it.

There are also latex and other molding materials that you may be thinking of, and hobby, craft, or hardware stores should have a selection of those.
