No, if he would have died the show would have gone completely wack and it wouldn't be as good anymore. Anyway he really didn't die.

Sasuke didn't die. He's training. With Orochimaru. He's coming back in the later chapters. Don't worry.

Yes in manga chapter 666- somewhere around there madara killed sasuke and naruto and i thing tsunade is also dead

No,and I doubt the writers of Naruto will get rid of him.He's too important of a character,afterall,he's the inspiration of the hero (of course Naruto)to become stronger.
heck,I even heard some rumors that he'll return back to Konoha and even become an ANBU...what'll happen to him we'll just have to see... :)

No, he didn't die, he might though. I mean, everyone's going to die eventually; even you (*gasp* lyke, oh em gee!). But I'm hoping he'll be brought home. Sakura deserves to know that he's all right, even if he in himself doesn't deserve to BE all right. Isn't life ironic that way? One lives not because they deserve to live, but because another deserves to have them alive.
Anyway, proverbs aside, no he doesn't die.
