BECAUSE OF ANTI INCUMBENCY VOTE THERE IS CHANCE THAT NDA WILL FORM THE GOVERNMENT IN PUNJAB.

the entire world knows what the congress has done to the Indian subcontinent during the 50 years after independence... even then if it comes to power that would reflect the sensitivity of the voters... they are already in power in the central government...
