I agree with Hera, this gal learned how to be a "pro-life" "pro drunk-driving with kids in the car" hypocrite from Dear Old Dad.
I hope the judge she sits in front of is the same type of self-righteous arrogant hypocrite her Daddy is.

LOL, what am I supposed to think? She should be prosecuted. Doesn't have anything to do with her father or the abortion debate.
But since it's obvious you're trying to stick it to conservatives, Ted Kennedy himself drove drunk and killed a girl and it hasn't been marked against his career.

So you think that Scalia should keep his daugher in a locked room all the time or what. You have not learn that kids will do things, make mistakes, show disrespect for themself.. Why always want to blame the parent, the kid should be held responsible for the mistake. What is the difference in being a Supreme Court Judge and your next door neighbor, would that have made it okay then?

(Edit) In addition to Scalia being a hypocrite, have you ever noticed how many conservative/morally self-righteous politicians have children that get in trouble for underage drinking? Case in point, Scalia's daughter and the Bush twins.

In what way are they "activists"? because they study the structure for what's written in it, and not in any respect attempt to go back up with some new intending to the words than what replaced into initially written? If that's activism, we want more desirable of it on the superb court docket. What particularly is activism in the courts is Sotomayor on tape putting forward that the charm courts is the position coverage is made.

I think our children are their own individuals and make their own choices and mistakes. Judge Scalia's daughter is not Judge Scalia...period.
