You should place this ad on your local page for craigslist.com, or at your local grade schools/middle schools. That way, you will reach local people. Yahoo answers is not the best way to find bandmates, because this reaches everyone everwhere.

sorry about that im a great guitarist and my friend is an awesome bass player but im almost 15 and shes almost 16 and were already making our own band sorry.

I play bass, but I'm way over 12, and I'm a guy. You're too picky. That's OK, you probably want to play Raven and Ashley Tisdale songs, anyway.
