I would really like to know how to sew a medium to large sized cute messenger backpack.I really need a new one.

You will find patterns from any of the designers, Vogue, McCalls, Butterick, Simplicity, etc. A word of advice from personal experience: First decide on how stiff or flexible you want your bag to be. If you want it to be stiff, make sure you pick a really stiff fabric, such as a canvas or a home decorading fabric, and line it with interfacing and perhaps another layer of canvas. You can even line it with multiple layers of interfacing. When I made my bag, I didn't pick a fabric that was as heavy as I would have liked, and I ran into a lot of trouble making it stiff. the first one would not particularly look as if a backpack... and that i perfer bringing bags to varsity. and that i do not imagine messenger bags are "in" till you're youthful than the fifth grade. you may want to be safer with the 2d one, although the first one is more desirable unique searching, and also you may want to commence a spread or something haha(:
