i don't know if they have it in Maryland, but Burlington Coat Factory, although it is not my favorite store in general, has really cute shoes for a good price, i got really cute pumps for homecoming for only twelve dollars! they have little unknown brands but they also have designer brands like steve madden for good prices! good luck!
