every time my aunt uses the loo the room smells of fish. Should I mention to her, is she ill?

its nothing to do with being unclean its called bacterial vaginosis and can happen to any women clean or unclean it occurs more after sexual intercourse

Wee? Do you mean urine? How old are you?
Urine is sterile and has virtually no smell. The odor you notice is the smell of a woman's private parts when she does not keep herself clean. It would be indelicate to call this to her attention. But do you have another female relative you could mention it to? Your mother? Someone should tell her tactfully that she needs to shower more often.

Thats from her privates. DONT MENTION IT TO HER. Thats really discusting that the whole room smells like that though.

she's probably not drinking enough water/liquids,urine should be clear if not enough water is drank the urine becomes yellow and consternated which where the fish smell comes from.

I wouldn't mention to her if I was you she will be embarrassed and maybe hurt. It may be through lack of hygiene this smell, but this is a very personal thing to discuss so if you do mention tread carefully! Steph x

You have to consider how old is she... may be she is sick or may be she doesnt notice it. If it smells really bad could be a kidney problem.

Its not the wee that stinks of fish, its the gas that flows out the other end. Stop giving he fish and chips and it may stop.
