Sometimes passing blood clots during periods are normal. If this is something that recently started with you and if you are having cramping that's more painful or severe, this might be a sign of endometriosis or a miscarriage. If you continue to have this problem, consult your gynecologist.

There are several things it could be. Your Dr. may have to put u
on the pill regulate the cycle & flow, Endometriosis, look it up plse
I don't think it was a miscarriage as girls just are shocked when
they haven't seen a huge blood clot before. You see I don't know
your age, how long r on r period, etc. so Dr. knows best! I have
Endometriosis and I wouldn't wish that on anyone, very painfull
periods, termendis amount of blood clots, & 8 days on it!
Best of Luck in hoping it's minor Gilfreind, See GYNOCOLOGIST

It is probably normal (many women pass clots for no obvious reason), but may be a sign of fibroids (benign tumors in the uterus), especially in combination with heavy periods. Mention it to your gynecologist at your next visit. Good luck!

It sounds like a miscarriage, you need to go to the doctor for a D&C to help clean you out...and to make sure you are having a miscarriage in the first place.

It depends on if you are having your period at the same time you've seen these blood clots. If so, you are completely normal. This is part of being a woman......unfortunately.

It probably means that you were not up and about moving around long enough for a clot to form. Not to worry. It happens.

sounds like a heavy period, and nothing more. my periods are no even that heavy and i get clots. its just how it comes out (the uterine lining and blood).
if your periods are severely heavy and painful you may want to talk to your doc about it. but just remember that clumps are normal.

I had Endometriosis from a very young age (13) and it causes a tremendous clotting.
Frankly if it was a miscarriage, it just was, there is very little you can do about it.
