Rob Van Dam might be because his contract ends at the end of the summer and really doesnt like WWE anymore and as one person put it "He's acting like a kid on the last day of school who's misbehaving because he knows he can't get in trouble." He has stated that contracts and all that will come down to money so WWE may keep or may not. I believe RVD will go to TNA and be a huge X Division and World champion contender and then also there is thought that Benoit might buy out his contract soon and go but thats just an unlikely rumor. Rob Van Dam is the only logical thought right now

i love how each and each and every of the scorned WWE marks evaluate a number of their once-widespread wrestlers, like Kurt perspective, has beens at the same time as they bypass to the quote, unquote "competition." Frankly, a majority of the tremendous acquisitions TNA has made (Christian, e book, perspective, Rhyno) have done lightyears more beneficial advantageous in TNA so some distance as wrestling and promo paintings is going. Christian appears like a reputable important adventure threat, and he would have in the WWE in the adventure that they ever pushed him with some continuity (oh, and through the way, one in each and every of Christian's very last suits in the WWE grow to be up hostile to Cena and Jericho for the international identify at a PPV, and his very very last tournament grow to be hostile to Batista for the Smackdown identify. some jobber.) end sobbing into your little Triple H teddy undergo at evening over Kurt perspective going to TNA and get over the reality that a majority of the "has beens" you communicate of were done and nonetheless solid in the ring at the same time as they left the WWE, and certain, the three large acquisitions LEFT the WWE lower than their personal will.

These are WWE wrestlers who I've heard want to go to TNA.
Chris Benoit
Rey Mysterio
Kane
Jeff Hardy(wants to go back)
RVD
Sabu
Big Show
Lita
and a few more and they all want to leave on their own terms which shows how crap WWE is getting.

-Big Show retired, he won't go to TNA, his run is over and his giantism is catching up with him.

-RVD, probably-because he opted not to extend his WWE contract past September 2007. He may also go to AJPW.

-Look out for Nitro, Melina, or Shelton Benjamin also. They're all in the WWE doghouse as of now for their backstage behavor.

ROB-VAN-DAM...although, he can't leagly call him self "RVD" "Rob Van Dam" and "the Whole F'n show" (All WWE copyrights, he sold them, foolishly) perhaps as Van Dam.

Looks like it might be Big Show or RVD. Both have rejected automatic renewals of their contract.
