who did keitaro promise with to go to tokyo u?
i thought it was narusegawa but im excited to know already :)

According to the manga (in like the next-to-last issue), both Naru and Mutsumi were visiting Hinata House long ago. Both girls were playing with Keitaro one day (Naru was about 2 or 3 years old, the others were around 4 or 5).
Mutsumi was the one who mentioned "If two people go to Tokyo U. together, they'll live happily ever after." Mutsumi asked Naru if she wanted to go to Tokyo U., and Naru said yes. Then Naru asked Keitaro if he wanted to go, and he said yes. So, technically, Keitaro made the promise to Naru; in another sense, they (all three) promised each other.

You thought right. It is Naru Narusegawa. You can find out in Love Hina Volume 7.

yeah its naru. it doesnt look like her in childhood, but IT IS her. i was surprised myself!
