I paid my T-Mobile bill online using my checking information on Jan. 25 and it still isn't showing on my account. It does show that I paid on my new statement. How long can they take? Do I have any say if they took too long (ie, over a year and they take)?

Make sure you deduct it from your balance as to not re-spend the money. They actually have 6 months to pull the money from your bank account. After that it is considered 'stale-dated' and then you might be able to fight it. It would all depend on how your bank handles stale dated items. Most will clear sometime during the 6 months.

If you mean the T-Mobile account isn't showing that it was paid, but it's showing that it was drawn from your bank account on your account statement, you should contact T-Mobile customer support and complain.

If you mean the T-Mobile account IS showing that it was paid but it doesn't show it on your bank account statement, give it another week or so to show up on the statement and consider that money deducted from your account (so ya don't overdraw!)
