How about the UN grows some balls and govern the countries, instead of American governing the other countries.
Then maybe the US the one of many, many problems facing our nation today. I'm sick of this world police bs.
America has so many problems within the country, why can't our government let the others be for a while until ours is as perfect as can be.

We help created the UN and we are 1 of only 5 nations that have veto power in the UN; therefore, no we should not get rid of the UN. Also, we don't have the power to get rid of the UN even if we wanted to.

The United Nations is a stateless organization. Thus, if the United States deems that it is no longer serving its purpose, it can be evicted from America.

Yes. They are taking up valuable real-estate. We fund the majority of the cost to run the U.N. If we kicked them out and told them to set up shop in Switzerland they could do it. We have so much say in world politics because we pay the bills.. Like I tell my kids "If you don't like my rules, Then move out, get a job and pay for it yourself".

Why? It is America that started the UN. It is to our benefit that we have the UN in the US. Nothing wrong with the UN except to people who have something to hide and don't want to comply with human rights.
