The US Constitution only allows a president a maximum of 2 terms (8 years), so unless he is going to disguiose himself as Hilary Clinton or Barack Obama, I don't think he can.

George W. Bush can't run for another Presidential elect term. As far as cheating, he'll do his darnest to keep all of his political allies in office local, city & state.

He didn't cheat. The dems ordered like five recounts and then influenced the Florida Supreme Court, which is illegal.

Since the US constitution doesn't allow more than 2 terms it is unlikely.
