I need to know if my manager was doing right. I was doing my One Hour Photo and she- manager call me to the office. She told me that I was not doing my work fast enough. She want me to do and she was giving me less hours to work. I was full- time employee working 30 to 32 hours every week with health benefit. The next week when I was got my paycheck, I check and see if my benefit was there. I am taking medicine and I could not get my full amount of prescription. I could only get 1/2 amount. Is this ethics or not?

What do you think about this? Let me know. Thank you

I would do some research on your rights as an employee. Try the site below, and make sure to change the location/state in which you work. Hope this helps.

You are mixing to completely unrelated issues. Your rights as an employee, whatever they are, have nothing to do with you prescription.
