1) I have a good friend at work that is going through a very difficult time. I just listened to her.
2) I bought myself a new book to read.

1. I gave some kid five bucks so he could get lunch, I guess that's nice.
2. I did a half hour on the tredmill.
3. This random guy walked up to me and gave me a hug and told me to pass it on...made me feel abit better about my crappy day [and I did pass it on]

Helped them with their Yahoo question. For myself I stayed out of trouble. (eventhough the day isnt over) My friend made me laugh and smile on Yahoo Messenger.
