my computer got spyware on it that was letting people see our important information so i did a full system recovery and i put all the information on our computer on a disc and it isnt working but we have another recovery disc just for restarting it so should i do another system recovery with the old disc and then once its finished use the new one to download all her wedding things back on? can anyone tell me how to re download all the information

a few questions first
1.do you have windows xp?
2.Did you do a system restore to a restore point or did you completely wipe the hard drive?
3.If syware is on your machine there are many good programs that will remove it for you without having to resort to drastic measures-see links
4. You say you burned the wedding pictures to CD? And the cd drive is not reading it?
let us know if you did a complete hard drive wipe or just reastored to a restore point and maybe we can help

What do you mean by the disc you copied your files to "isn't working"?
How did you put "the information" on the disc? What sort of files was this "information???
