I agree with the first poster, are you crazy? I mean are you talking about building a bike from scratch or taking say a naked sportybike and trying to turn it into a supersport bike? Unless you are unemployed and simply looking for the challenge of a lifetime you will be spending more then its worth. These bikes are available for not a lot of money already, so why not just work and buy one that you know works?

Besides a blueprint you will need to make jigs, have an entire machine shop, CNC machines, MIG welders, a facility to cast aluminum parts like frame spars, swingarm, etc, plus you will need all the knowledge of every japanese engineer that works at Kawasaki, among other things...
