we have one website with hosting by net 4 india Now I want to upload new files on ot please tell us How!from where we get fttp software.

It is very easy task
Only what you need is your domain name and password which your host net 4 India might have given you(to be kept confidential)
Then just login to your host site using FTP(file transfer protocol mainly used for uploading purpose) where it will first authenticate you.Once you successfully login you will be able to see www folder where your pages are loaded. Then just copy the files to be uploaded form your pc and paste it to the www folder. And now your site is upgrarded with the new pages.

u can't download a web site on a computer u have to order a site

smart ftp "www.smartftp.com/download" if you know your ftp passwrd and user name you can use this to upload files to your server and it's free and really good.
