Does it have a tractor in the song? Is there a relationship conflict? Does the singer mention his dog at all? You must have these key elements in a Country tune or else it won't be up for consideration. It all has to be tied in really well, too. Oh, and you have to have really cute girls wearing cutoff jeans and skimpy tops. Thats the way to market the video. If you don't have a video, the song won't carry the weight that the other ones out there do. It doesn't even have to portray the song content accurately, just lots of flash and dazzle to a good beat.
