Yes, they are written in the vaguest of terms, kind of like a fortune cookie. You can make it fit with your life if you try...things about money, love, work, travel...everyone has some issue that has either just occurred or is about to occur in all areas of life. Or something they have been thinking about. You will find love, you will find joy, you need to be cautious about spending your money...

Horoscopes are just for fun. I have found them always to be gibberish; however, I wouldn't put someone down for finding some meaning in them or enjoying them. I think that people should spend their anger on something that merits anger like violence in the world. And I think that people who demean others are not too bright. Also, with the limited free time most people have I would not spend my time on something that does not interest me - seems kind of foolish.

The little simplistic horoscopes can apply to anybody.
If you do a full name and birth date numerology you'd be surprised what you can find out about yourself
I am still waiting for the trip to Budapest that my horoscope told me I was going to go on 8 years ago.
I think there is something to the stars guiding us but I think it is a lost ancient art.

Brujita's answer sounds like a classical horoscope, doesn't it?
Yeah, astrology is a load of hooey. The idea that the pull of a planet that was over your head influences your destiny is hogwash. Your neighbor's car has more gravitational pull on you than a planet that's hundreds of millions of miles away. But does anyone ever claim that they are a natural born leader because they were born next to someone who drove a Buick? Don't think so....

Actually, astrology is one of the more reliable forms of "prediction" left in our society. It's based off of the location of the stars at the exact moment you were born in relation to where you were when you were born. "Horoscopes" can be a little ridiculous because it's generalizing, it's not as exact. If you ever get a chance to take a peek at "The Birthday Book" you should. It'll give you chills. It's a "life horoscope" based on your specific day of birth instead of month like most horoscopes. Getting a professional chart done for yourself might change your mind. You only limit your own possibilities when you refuse to accept another interpretation of life and how it works.
