dont throw the first punch. if you really want to fight him antagonize him until he hits you first. then its self defence. also wear rings and maybe hold a lighter in your fist but sometimes thats not a good idea either. if you are trying not to fight the guy the worst possible thing to do is to not show up. tell him something like your better than him. hope i helped
