NOBODY CAN SEE ME except like a few family members and whenever my picture is taken i appear as this weird blur, ive experimented with this alot and it happens everytime i dont know if they're playing a trick on me or not but im really scared

If you were truely a ghost, you could not use solid objects like the computer to post this question, and I think with photographs, you have just been in the wrong light at the time. few family memebers just means that you either do not get out of the house enough, or people just do not find you interesting to talk with.
