"Batman" starring Micheal Keaton and Jack Nickolson as the Joker. It is the classic enemy for Batman and Nickolson's performance was dead on.
The worst one was probably "Batman Returns" with Danny DeVito as the Penguin and Michelle Pfiffer as Catwoman. It was just too dark and grussom. Besides both of these villians deserved to be in individual movies or at least given second bananas (Bane, Firefly, Killer Croc, Scarface & Dummy, etc) to team up with.
