I have no idea what kind of products exist there but I really like Benefit playsticks is what theyre called. Its like a cream to powder kind of product but it works Greaat for foundation and concealing dark areas also. A really amazing but super high quality/expensive product is called the line by Clay d' po. You would find it in high end retail cosmetic counters, like Barneys. Man now that stuff is like THE BEST but pricier than I would really like to pay. Nars also has great foundation and concealer.

i'm sure u have maybelline over there if u do buy there pure makeup foundation it doesn't contain any oil, it's 50% water so it wont clog ur pores, i use it and it never clogged my pores, i use to use this other foundation and it cloggedmypores so buy pure frommaybellien they also have pure conceler and oh just go to the mall and look at the back of the foundations to see if it says non-comdengic which means it wont clog pores or if it clearly says wont clog pores, then just buy that one

I use Bare Escentuals and they do magic! I do not know whether you have access to it there or whether you can purcahse it online. (I know sephora sells internationally but maybe check ebay? just make sure the packages are sealed...)
BE does not clog pored and is very sensitive. Covers up any acne and such. You won't even feel it when you put it on...
