When you are riding through bends/twisties are you aware at the same time that you are countersteering?

Most people don't counter steer though it is the proper and fastest steering technique. Unless your into riding a lot, I'll bet you'll find most people saying (counter steer?) hu? what?

It depends on what speed you are travelling, normally I am concentrating on what line to take for the next bend.

depends on how long you've been riding. I don't think about it anymore. Just make sure you practice it all the time and it will be come second nature.
