How Do You Use Game Mods?

I know this is gonna sound stupid but how you use them??? I know you download them off the net but is there a way to put them on a PHYSICAL GAMING SYSTEM. And how? Cuz unless you could then they no use to me. Cuz I dont do pc.

If you mean like a ps2 or an xbox, then you can't put them in those. You either download it and switch around numerous files, or take up coding and mod your games using a gameshark (It can be used to change around coding too I believe, not only help you cheat).
