Pretty hard almost impossible. Remeber you are paying for the service not the phone. No provider will work everywhere you go rather you must choose the one that provides best coverage the areas you travel. I can't name any specific companies.....

You won't find one, you have to buy the Pre-paid phones that are made available with Virgin Mobile or other similair services. Don't trust Cingular, they will try to rip you off. They try to charge me $500 for using only 30 minutes of my anytime minutes calling a local number.

dude its not gonna happen cingular has a plan that is 39.99 a month with 450 anytime minutes roll over and unlim mobile to mobil and unlim night and weekends dude contact me and i will set you up i am a cingular rep contact me via email

my sprint is 15 00 a month but i barly use my mins u could do that too
