I would say Boston or New Orleans, but would agree that none come truly close to European. In North America, I would think Montreal in Canada.

I think New Orleans has an extremely intense French influence. I think there are many cities or sections of cities with a strong Irish influence like Boston or Italian influence such as Northern New Jersey (Newark).

Well , you know what .....I wouldn't know ...I 'm from Europe and so far I haven't seen a city even close .
