Mine is when people are too cheap to pay $.35 for a gallery picture.

Mine is people who advertise that they're selling textbooks that they don't actually have. I think that's the worst--students who order textbooks need them by a deadline, and it's awful to wait and debate about whether you need to order the book from somewhere else or whether the mail is just slow. Eventually you end up paying twice what the book costs because you paid the eBay seller who scammed you AND you have to buy the book from your school bookstore as well. And in the meantime you get behind in your class while you're waiting for the book to come in the mail.

my pet peeve is the people who get peeved because a seller didn't give eBay more of their money just for another add-on. Most of what I sell is under $5. Add up all the fees, and you get less than $3, minus your cost for the item, and you are left with.. uh.. nothing! FeePay sucks!

mine is sellers that won't leave me positive feedback as soon as I pay! What else do they expect from a buyer? They keep the feedback in thier back pocket so that you won't leave them negative feedback first.
As a seller I leave feedback for my buyers as soon as they pay.
I also hate when people put a popularly searched item and label it Not - like Not Custom or Not Special something or the other so it comes up in the search even though it's "not" what you are looking for.

I bought eight pounds of ice last summer and the dude shipped me a bunch of water! also the bad feedback from people who see you as competition...
