i ordered a diet supplement at an online pharmacy on the 12 of feb 2007 i have not recieved a summary order confirmation number or an e-mail by them u.p.s is the courier what do i do?

I think if there's no link or contact info, you'll have to go through the payment method, like file a complaint with the credit card or however you paid. The online pharmacy is counting on you not checking before you order, to see if they actually have a contact number. A reputable business would have all that information handy. I have 2 online businesses and I make sure everyone knows right where I am if they have a question.

THere should be a customer service link on their website.I never shop online unless there is one.It may not have entered their system yet depending on the time of day you placed your order.If i dont hear from them in a few days contact your credit card company and explained to them what you have explained here and have them stop payment.they will also check into possible fraud charges....

if they dont have an easily accesible customer service contact they probably arent legit
