Asia. It has the most eathquakes mainly because an ancient continent(India) went north and collided with Asia which formed the Tibetan Plateau along with the Himilayan Mountains(Mount Everest). That collision created the most earthquake prone areas in the world by putting pressure on a smaller tectonic plate(not the Eurasian plate).
Iran is ranked as the country with the most number of strong earthquakes. http://www.geologyuk.com/earthquakes/pdf/Earthquake%20vulnerability.pdf

It would depend on which area of the world is feeling particuarly active. In the last week North America has shown the most earthquakes, most of which have been small, between magnitude 0 and 2.5 with a few 5's (Richter scale). While Asia and the west Pacific rim has had over the past week only a few large, magnitude 5, earthquakes.

Asia contains the majority of the world's most active volcanoes, the area known as the Ring of Fire, and is the most earthquake prone. I have never been in an earthquake in the U.S. but was in one in Korea in the mid 70's. We felt the effects of a major one that hit Mainland China. To me an earthquake is scarier than a tornado or hurricane and I have been through a lot of tornadoes.
