Yes I do. I have seen both versions of The Little Princess. The original starrs Shirley Temple as Sarah.
The secret garden is good too. Have you seen Back to the secret garden? That is good aswell.

Toms Midnight Garden
They are all really good films.

You didn't specify which versions you were talking about. There are at least 10 versions of The Secret Garden and another half dozen of The Little Princess. Of the ones I have seen the movies were all good. However, they were often tailored to the time period and to a particular type of audience. The Shirely Temple version of Secret Garden was a far different audience than the versions put out in 49 and 93. This doesn't even include British versions of it! However, the books these movies are based on are so fabulous that it is difficult to make a bad movie from them. The classic stories outshine any bad acting, poor settiings, and stilted dialogue.
