I'm a newbie in Flash and would like to make a dynamic webpage using Flash. I'm using Flash Professional 8. Please help me. Thank's.

Two options.
1) Frame tweening
2) Actionscript tweeening
Since FLASH 8 is so dynamic and efficent, I would suggest using option 2!!!! You'll thank me once you learned animating the RIGHT way!
Frame tweening just slows the program down and takes a lot of time to load. Also, use external AS sheets and load them. Keep flash files as small as possible.

Get yourself a book...Flash 8 is an interesting program, but it is very complex.
Good Luck with it. It is worth spending the time to learn.
