What does it mean if you are not making eye to eye contact?

Not as much as some people make of it! I do the same thing and it's just cause thats what I do. Screw people who tell you there's something wrong with it. A little eye contact is always good but I find it rude when people constantly look me in the eye when they talk to me, very rude
