It just doesn't make sense at all. Shouldn't it be oneteen and twoteen, or onetyone and onetytwo.

Teenage years are supposed to begin at 13, that's why 11 and twelve are tween years...ten you are still a kid, 11 and 12 you are considered pre-human, then 13 you become a hideous teen.
