You have already started to do the most important thing. You are showing concern for her well being. I applaud you for this. Her life is in danger.

Bulimia causes serious physical and emotional effects:

The reason People Suffer from Anorexia and Bulimia is they have an Inferiority complex they do not feel good about themselves , they think allsorts of things are wrong with them and feel rejected. You say your were once Friends with this Girl maybe you were her only Friend And feels totally lost that you are now ignoring her . You and youre other friend should renew relations with this girl right away,Introduce her to youre social circle of Pals and bring her out for a night on the Town, and get her motivated, however she may need to seek Professional help. But that is no reason to abandon her just because she acts strange. We all need our friends true friends that stick together when times are hard .

OK in What Ways do she ANNOYS you? Because if they're that annoying then just stop hanging around her. I'm mean like if you see her in the hallway say hi but just keep on walking if you know she is going to say something annoying to you. Or you can tell her straight up I don't like the way you act because it is annoying and ignorant. And even if you don't like her still treat her nice. Because what comes around comes back around. Treat her the way that you would wanted to be treated. Don't exactly say it in a mean way just let her down easy.

The first thing you should do is NOT confront her about your suspicions. Go speak to her parents or a counselor, or somebody who is close to her about your concerns. Bulimia is a very complicated condition that needs to be treated by somebody who knows how, so definitely seek help from someone else who is in the know.

Being belimic is a danger to her heath, like her or not. You definately need to get her help or tell someone. She may be having problems in her life lately and thats why she wacked out on you. So cut her some slack and help her out. Some day she will thank you for saving her life.

Dont tell her staight up what you think that she is because then that would really upset her and maybe shes not even. But if you care about her ask her if there is any problems gong on or something get to know more of her feeling or something. Or if you do see it happen or osmething tell someone

You have to have proof before going around telling people, so make sure you have it or you'll look like a total ***!! Then when you have it or if you can't wait for proof, tell a teacher/parent that you are worried about her and you think she might be. maybe then they can help

Even if you're not that close with her, I would still have "the talk" with her. Bulimia is a very serious disorder and it get worse. You'll feel good after talking to her and supporting her.
