Yes. For the same reason that it's okay for your husband to ejaculate in you. You have a mucus plug covering your cervix and keeping everything that's supposed to be in your uterus in...and everything that's supposed to be out...out! I don't know that lubricants would cause a problem anyway, but that mucus plug protects the baby from any kind of liquid in your vagina. Have fun!

It should be okay, but I'm not sure if with the extra vaginal secretions whether it could cause problems. You might talk to your doctor about it, but I don't see why it would hurt anything. It never hurts to ask your doctor about it.
