I agree. Nolan Ryan became a strikeout machine while playing for the Angels. Even though Ryan's winning percentage while with the Angles was slightly above .500 and he had seasons where he walked more than 200 hitters, I would still say Ryan. Vladimir Guerrero may be the best all around hitter in Angels history. Believe it or not, the DHL Hometown Hero for the L.A. Angels was Rod Carew. Carew deserves credit as well. But, I agree with your choices.

Statistically I would say Garret Anderson, but Tim Salmon was always my favorite. I agree that Ryan was probably their best pitcher. Guerrero might be the most talented player they have ever had, but he has only spent three years with the club.
If you want the players with the best careers who spent any time on the Angels roster, not just their contributions to the Angels, then I would take Bert Blyleven (I dislike Ryan, too many walks, and Blyleven has a better winning percentage) and Rod Carew.

You're right, the best pitcher in Angels history is Nolan Ryan, but saying Vlad is better than Rod Carew is a stretch. Rod Carew is one of the best hitters ever and a hall of famer. I would even put Reggie Jackson ahead of Vlad, I know he was a DH then but yet again another hall of famer.

If he keeps going i think it will be Vladimere Guererro (or however you spell his last name) He has an arm, he always hits at least .310,.320, he almost always hits around 32 HRs and always hits 100+RBIS including his 1,000th last year
