I always tell my clients to speak to your personal bank, then shop it around with other Mortgage Brokers!

Typically, mortgage brokers can get you a better loan... One that is tailored to your specific needs.

Regardless though, talk to a few different lenders!... Afterall, it is YOUR hard-earned dollar that you are trying to save!!

Good luck!

PS: If you need an agent to assist you in your process, let me know... I have a few contacts there.

When We bought our house, we had a mortgage broker friend come over with her laptop and she typed in all this info, and then we went to ING DIRECT and got a better deal. By like 5 thousand $. So be sure to check them out, it was easy and they've been great. I pay my mortgage on line easy.

Go to a mortgage broker that operates in your state(like Me). They should be able to give you all your options. You will have to let them run your credit and check your finances. Find a good realtor, and your on your way. If you can't find one you trust e-mail me and I will do it for you.
