I don't think guys remember their first time the way women do. I suspect that for most guys it was all about getting laid versus the girls who were probably hoping for a whole lot more. So my guess is that you're going to here a LOT more regrets from women than men!

I do wish I waited longer. For a while I was in denial and believed that I lost it at the right time and that I was ready---
But there's so much more to it than being ready mentally and physically. You have to know that you love the person and care for them-- and that they feel the same way about you!

Now I've found the man of my dreams that I am engaged to and going to spend the rest of my life with... and I am sad that I don't have my virginity, the most honorable part of me, to give to him. It actually really hurts.

However having said all that, if I hadn't lost it when I did, perhaps things would not have worked out the way they have, and I wouldn't have a wonderful fiance.

nope. I lost mine the night before my 17th b-day. I had been with my bf for 11 months. (we are still together almost 5 years later & Have been faithful all the way through). The only thing i would change was that i wish i hadn't gotten sick later that night. I came down w/ larengities (and it wasn't from oral...just a fluke) and lost my voice completly. It was the friday of may long and we were going camping saturday afternoon after i got off work....

other than that it was ALL good ;)

ps. it can get addicting. after the first time, that's all we wanted to do

I wish I had waited, I was way to young and the end result was very hurtful for me. I am with the love of my life now and I really wish I had saved myself for him. If you haven't done anything yet and you are having doubts, the DON'T DO IT! You'll thank yourself in the end. Good Luck!

YES I DO.I THOUGHT I WAS IN LOVE BUT I WASN'T.WHEN YOUR A TEEN YOU THINK YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING THEN WHEN YOU GET A LITTLE OLDER U BEGIN TO THINK LIKE YOUR PARENTS.AND U KNOW THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE.YOU SHOULD DEF. WAIT UNTIL YOU'VE BEEN W/SOMEONE FOR ATLEAST 4-6 MO.,AS THEIR TRUE PERSONALITY COMES OUT THEN AND YOU WILL REALLY KNOW IF THIS PERSON IS REALLY WORTH LOSING SOMETHING SO SACRED FOR.B/C ONCE IT'S GONE,YOU CAN NEVER GET IT BACK.WAIT UNTIL YOUR 18 ATLEAST.IT'S WORTH THE WAIT.AND HEY,IT'S NOT ALL WHAT IT'S CRACKED UP TO BE,LOL.

i think i was old enough, i was 19, but i wish i would have chosen better. ladies, don't get into relationships or have sex with men who can't keep jobs and sleep on an air mattress in their sister's apartment, ESPECIALLY if he's 6 years older than you.
